To provide automated maintenance scheduling, live analytics, and instant audit readiness, the platform collects:
- User Profiles & Credentials: Authenticated names, email addresses, and roles compiled under administrator-seeded records.
- Valve Fleet Metadata: NFC tag IDs, model configurations, sector locations, installation timestamps, and environment multipliers.
- Field Maintenance Documentation: Scan timestamps, photographic wear evidence, mechanical checklist statuses, and digital signatures.
3. How We Use Collected Data
We process plant records strictly to run the service and provide compliance logging:
- To load and calculate real-time valve health indicators and maintenance queues.
- To compile audit-ready service reports and compliance certificates instantly.
- To dispatch quote requests for replacement parts directly to the Guth South Africa sales desk at the user's explicit command.
- We do NOT sell, lease, or distribute operational metadata, technician profiles, or plant histories to third-party advertisers.
4. Data Isolation & Security Controls
KeoCare enforces rigorous security standards to protect competitive manufacturing data:
- Multi-Tenancy Segregation: Strict logical database partitioning (tenant sharding) prevents cross-tenant data leakage. A facility's datasets are isolated and secure.
- Secure API Authorization: Information access is governed by granular rules. Only authenticated accounts are authorized to read or update their designated datasets.
5. Deep-Factory Offline Sync
To maintain functionality in signal dead-zones (concrete cellars, remote processing loops), KeoCare stores encrypted records locally on technician mobile devices. When a stable network connection is re-established, the app automatically and securely syncs the queued records with the cloud database.
